Technical Principle

Smelting furnaces are critical metallurgical equipment used for melting metal ingots and scrap metal, and for preparing alloys through processes like alloying and slag skimming. The core lies in providing efficient and stable heat sources to melt furnace charges quickly and precisely control alloy composition.

This incorporates advanced technologies such as fuel oil secondary atomization, heavy oil/ residue oil flat flame combustion, and low-NOx combustion, ensuring uniform furnace temperature and high thermal efficiency.

    With 15 series and over 200 specifications of burners, our products adapt to various liquid, gaseous, and solid fuels. Smelting furnaces can be flexibly configured with different combustion systems (natural gas, fuel oil, coal gas, etc.) based on the client's energy availability, achieving optimal economic performance.
