Jiangsu Jufeng Thermal Co., Ltd.'s Solid Waste/Hazardous Waste Incineration System is a high-efficiency disposal solution developed by leveraging the scientific research advantages of the Thermal Energy and Power Engineering Department of a renowned university. It is specifically designed to address the complex composition and fluctuating calorific value of industrial solid waste and hazardous waste. The system strictly adheres to the "3T+1E" incineration principle (Temperature, Time, Turbulence, Excess Air) to ensure harmless treatment, volume reduction, and resource recovery of hazardous waste.

Product Description

Core Technology & Processes

Targeting solid and hazardous waste of different natures, we adopt differentiated process packages. Our incinerator models include:

-Single-Chamber Furnace: Suitable for batch processing and waste with relatively stable composition.
- Walking Hearth Furnace: Ideal for materials requiring gradual heating.
- Chain Grate Stoker: Suitable for granular waste with good uniformity.
- Rotary Kiln: Highly adaptable, suitable for complex, diverse, and challenging hazardous waste streams.

This system is widely used in: industrial hazardous waste treatment centers, chemical industry parks, medical waste treatment facilities, electronic waste processing plants, and organic sludge treatment facilities.

Features of the Direct-Fired Incinerator
  • High-Efficiency Sterilization & Clean Emissions
    -High-temperature sterilization process achieves smoke-free and odor-free operation, eliminating secondary pollution.
    -Two-stage high-temperature incineration design with precise temperature control between 850°C and 1100°C, and a flue gas residence time of over 2 seconds, ensuring complete decomposition of organic compounds.
  • Advanced Flue Gas Cleaning System
    - Cyclone Dust Removal: Primary removal of particulate matter from flue gas.
    - Quench Tower: Rapidly cools flue gas to below 200°C, effectively inhibiting dioxin re-synthesis.
    - Dry Absorption Unit: Removes acid gases and dioxin components from the flue gas.
    - Baghouse Filter: Final removal of fine dust particles; clean flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere via an induced draft fan.
  • Innovative Furnace Design
    - Overcomes limitations of traditional fixed grates, such as uneven temperature distribution, surface carbonization of waste, incomplete combustion, and high energy consumption.
    - Customizes furnace design based on the physical and chemical properties of the materials. Utilizes differentiated lining materials to ensure rapid combustion, prevent furnace lining corrosion, and significantly extend equipment lifespan.
  • Energy Saving & Multi-Function Incineration
    - Patented air injection and guidance system achieves perfect combustion with a lower excess air ratio, reducing heat loss inside the furnace.
    - High-pressure air fluidized bed combustion technology + Double grate suspension combustion design significantly improves combustion efficiency.
    - Equipped with waste liquid and waste gas burners, enabling multi-functional co-incineration of solid, liquid, and gaseous waste.
  • Intelligent Operation
    - Comprehensive flue gas treatment system ensures zero secondary pollution throughout the process.
    - Optional automatic waste feeding and ash discharge systems enable continuous and automated operation.
