The low NOx furnace burners adopt GeneralFlame’s proprietary low-nitrogen combustion technology, integrating internal circulation preheating combustion, multi-gun zoned combustion, fuel staging rich-lean
combustion, and oxygen reduction of combustion air. It guarantees combustion efficiency and quality while effectively cutting NOx concentration in flue gas.
Multiple combustion modes are available, including jet combustion, semi-premixed combustion and
ejector premixed combustion. Flame configurations include cylindrical, cubic and flat shapes with controllable flame dimension. Its maximum turndown ratio reaches 10:1.
Various installation layouts such as top-fired, bottom-fired, side-fired and wall-attached combustion can be selected to satisfy working conditions in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, incineration and other industries.
