As one of the core products of Jiangsu Jufeng Thermal (GENERALFLAME), the low-nitrogen burner is specially developed to meet the low-carbon emission requirements of industrial kilns. It is suitable for various industrial furnaces such as rotary kilns and reheating furnaces, and is widely used in multiple fields including solid waste treatment, building materials, chemical industry, ferronickel smelting, etc. Integrating independently developed porous media combustion technology and MILD low-nitrogen combustion principle, the product suppresses the generation of nitrogen oxides from the source by optimizing the mixing ratio of fuel and combustion-supporting air and precisely controlling the combustion temperature. The emission concentration can be stably lower than 50mg/m³, far exceeding the national environmental protection standards. Adopting high-temperature resistant ceramic materials and an intelligent control system, the product can achieve a combustion efficiency of more than 98%, saving 15% more energy than traditional burners. It also has the advantages of stable flame and flexible adjustment, and is suitable for various fuels such as natural gas and pulverized coal.
