The hot blast furnace is a customized product developed by Jiangsu Jufeng Thermal to meet the heat exchange needs of industrial kilns. It is mainly used to provide stable high-temperature hot air for equipment such as rotary kilns and smelting furnaces, and is suitable for the production conditions of industries such as building materials, ferronickel, and lithium salt. The product adopts plasma enhanced heating technology and a regenerative heat exchange structure, using kiln reaction gas as the circulating enhanced medium. Through high-temperature plasma heating, the hot air temperature can be precisely adjusted between 100℃ and 3000℃ to meet the production needs of different industries, with a thermal efficiency of more than 95%, greatly reducing energy loss. The furnace body is cast with high-strength wear-resistant and refractory materials, which have good high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, effectively extending the service life of the equipment and reducing maintenance costs. Equipped with an intelligent monitoring and control system, the product can real-time monitor parameters such as hot air temperature and pressure to achieve automatic and stable operation. At the same time, it is suitable for industrial voltages and working conditions in different overseas regions, and has been successfully applied to many industrial projects in Central Asia, Southeast Asia and other regions, helping enterprises improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
