PT (Penetrant) Testing Completed on Burner Gas Nozzles and Valve Piping

As part of our routine quality control procedures, we recently conducted PT (penetrant) testing on the weld seams and surfaces of the front-end gas nozzles and valve piping of our burners. The results met the applicable standard requirements with no reportable defects. This testing is one of several in-process inspections we perform on critical pressure parts before assembly. Through such step-by-step checks, we maintain layered quality control throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring reliable component condition prior to final assembly and commissioning.
