The system integrates the company's core combustion technology and offers multiple treatment process routes to ensure efficient purification and compliant emission of VOCs exhaust gases, helping enterprises achieve green production and sustainable development.

 Core Technology & Processes

We provide differentiated VOCs treatment solutions based on various factors such as exhaust gas composition, concentration, air volume, and operating conditions. Our main processes include:

- Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO): Suitable for medium to low concentration, high air volume VOCs exhaust gases, with thermal efficiency exceeding 95% and stable, reliable operation.
- Regenerative Catalytic Oxidizer (RCO): Incorporates catalysts based on RTO technology to lower the oxidation temperature, further saving energy consumption.
- Direct-Fired Thermal Oxidizer (TO): Suitable for high-concentration VOCs exhaust gases, utilizing direct combustion for treatment with simultaneous heat recovery capability.
- Concentrator Wheel + Oxidation Combined Process: Designed for extremely high air volume, low concentration conditions. The exhaust gas is first concentrated and volume-reduced before oxidation treatment, offering an economical and efficient solution.
