Hazardous & Solid Waste Incineration System

GeneralFlame Hazardous Waste Incineration System‌ adopts different process packages for solid and hazardous wastes of different natures. The incineration forms include single-chamber furnaces, walking hearth furnaces, chain grate furnaces, rotary kilns, etc., suitable for incinerating different types of hazardous waste.

Jiangsu Jufeng Thermal Technology Co.,Ltd
01
High-temperature sterilization‌, producing no smoke or odor, with no secondary pollution.
02
Two-stage high-temperature incineration‌, with temperatures reaching 850°C to 1100°C and a residence time of over 2 seconds.
03
Cyclone dust collector‌ removes particulate dust from the flue gas.
04
The flue gas is cooled to below 200°C by a ‌quenching device‌ after leaving the dust collector.
05
A ‌dry absorption device‌ removes acidic gases and dioxins from the flue gas.
06
A ‌bag filter‌ removes fine dust from the flue gas, and the harmless gas is discharged into the atmosphere via an induced draft fan.
07
New technology is employed to overcome the drawbacks of traditional fixed furnaces, such as uneven temperature distribution, carbon buildup on waste surfaces, incomplete combustion, and high energy consumption.
08
Different furnace types are designed based on the physical and chemical properties of the materials, using different lining materials to ensure fast combustion and prevent corrosion, thereby extending the equipment's lifespan.
09
An ‌efficient air injection and gas guidance system‌ ensures perfect incineration with a lower air excess coefficient, reducing heat loss and saving energy.
10
High-pressure air is used for fluidized combustion‌, and a ‌double-grate system enables suspension combustion‌, with advanced design and reliable manufacturing quality ensuring performance.
11
Nozzles for waste liquid and gas‌ are installed, allowing simultaneous incineration of solid waste, liquid waste, and gas waste, truly achieving multifunctional incineration.
12
A ‌comprehensive flue gas treatment system‌ ensures no secondary pollution is generated.
13
Optional automatic waste feeding and ash discharge systems‌ can be configured according to user needs.
