System Introduction

Jiangsu Jufeng Thermal Co., Ltd., leveraging the scientific research advantages of the Thermal Energy and Power Engineering Department of a renowned university and combining years of experience in industrial kiln combustion control, has independently developed the BMS (Burner Management System) Kiln Combustion Management System. This system is an intelligent management platform integrating safety interlocks, sequence control, combustion optimization, and data monitoring. It provides full life cycle combustion process control for various industrial kilns, boilers, and incineration units, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient equipment operation.

 

System Overview

The BMS Kiln Combustion Management System strictly adheres to international combustion safety standards such asNFPA85 andNFPA86. It adopts a modular, configurable architecture suitable for various fuel types (natural gas, fuel oil, coal gas, biomass, etc.) and various furnace types (heating furnaces, smelting furnaces, incinerators, hot air furnaces, boilers, etc.). Through precise control of ignition, purging, flame detection, valve control, interlock protection, and other processes, the system achieves fully automatic safe operation of the combustion process.
